We will be staying at the Conrad Indianapolis, in the heart of Indiana’s capital city, just a block and a half from the Circle and the Soldiers and Sailors Monument, the geographic center of the state, and about the same distance from the beautiful Indiana State Capitol built of Bedford limestone. Lucas Oil Stadium is nearby and if the weather is good one can easily reach by foot the White River Gardens State Park, the Indiana Historical Society, the War Memorial and the Eiteljorg Museum of (U. S.) Western and Indian Art. The Conrad Hotel website has a list of other suggestions.

Please make your travel arrangements/airline reservations soon, then fill in and send back the Travel Form.

We begin with a reception at 6:30pm on March 14. Our last official function is dinner on Saturday, March 16 (I think I said Saturday March 17 on a previous letter). Most of you will probably want to depart on Sunday morning. If you wish to depart after dinner on Saturday please let me know so that I can cancel your Saturday room. Your hotel rooms are booked and hotel charges will be paid directly by the Fund.

We will have three 90-minute discussion sessions on both Friday and Saturday on the Liberty Fund pattern. A printed conference schedule will be available soon. G. M. Curtis will write you in the next few days, probably on the 14th, with some thoughts about the discussion itself. There will be substantial free time on Friday and Saturday afternoons.

Do print out the Registration Form at some point and bring it with you to Indianapolis or send it to me. Atlas will not allow me to give out honoraria checks until I collect your Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes. Also let me know if you have any special dietary needs or prohibitions.

For the Fund for Spontaneous Orders,

Best,
Bill Dennis
